"The hotel is nice but the layout is very confusing. The staff member at reception could have explained the layout more. You have to go to the 10th floor to check in, they need better signage. Also they refused to print me a receipt because I booked through Expedia, even though I asked about this in advance before arriving. "

The staff at the front desk were very nice, and the restaurant waiters were also very pleasant. Food options were reasonably priced.However, there was a large event, one of the nights we stayed, and it got a bit crowded in the parking lot, and in the restaurant, and loud overall."
