“Clean room and overall appearance. Great room layout- very spacious. Laundry room available. Undergoing exterior renovations. Inside in excellent conditions. Breakfast was exactly the same EVERY morning- could improve. Would definitely return. ”

“Hotel is under renovation so area on main floor is being used for storage of doors. Room was average. Was not able to sleep as other guest was knocking loudly for a lengthy period next door. All pillows were soft and we were not able to get comfortable after attempting to switch out pillows. Suggest having variety of soft, medium and firm. Room was clean. ”

“Breakfast was yummy but the coffee machine was broken many times. parking was convenient. the sign on the street needs to be much larger as we passed it when we arrived. ”

“The room was very clean.The mattresses were amazing. The continental breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and it was a very good stay. The outside patio is a wonderful!”

“When looking for a place to stay in Asheville, we were looking for a place close to downtown, hiking, and Biltmore but also had a kitchenette. This was PERFECT. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was bigger than we thought (perfect for extended stays). Mountain View is….a bit of a reach (yes there are mountains in the back but there’s a lot between the hotel and the mountains). Honestly, we weren’t there for the views from the hotel so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall 10/10 would recommend……

“Good location to Biltmore House. Clean, but poor lighting in room. Bedside lights almost useless for reading in bed. No staff at desk upon check-in, Four rooms were waiting to check in when desk clerk came back from "checking rooms for readiness". Seems like that could be done by someone else before 5:00pm. Same with check out - had to wait to desk staff. Breakfast was $17.00. I thought that was a little high.”

“Room was very nice, beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind and the location was very close to the Biltmore - a 4 minute drive.The property was also nice and felt safe, and had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Breakfast was kept stocked. The dining area is quite small esp. when larger groups are gathered. The hot tub and pool were nice. We walked to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.”

“Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Carpet was not clean and there we pink fingernail clipping in the bathroom floor despite the chains guarantee of cleanliness. Not to mention what was supposed to be warm breakfast was cold.”

“Very clean and roomy suite. Nice location. Wish we had been provided with an extra blanket. But the heater worked well. The only real complaint is you can hear everything the neighbors are doing above you. Including late night activities. You can also hear everything happening outside the front door. The property is in a hill and divided into 3 separate levels of the hill. So getting to and from the pool/fitness center is not simple or indoors. Something to keep in mind if you’re disabled or……
