“+ excellent service by friendly staff amd manager + complementary airport shuttle + room is clean, toiletries and coffee is provided + a/c and heater works well + big bathroom and water pressure is good + reasonable price and many eateries around. - corridor carpet could be cleaner as it has a pungent smell”

“房間沒有廁所板，晚上經理沒有客人批准下進入房間修理，酒店有點殘舊，位置在市中心的邊緣，步行約五分鐘就能到繁榮的街道，還不錯，酒店所在位置容易找到。有私人浴室，沒有升降機，沒有廚房(但在馬拉吃東西都很便宜)，入住前或退房後放行李是可以的。有免費wifi及冷氣”

“Staff super nice and helpful, location is ideal in Miri, bed is comfortable. That said, the hotel shows his age and would need refurbishing urgently, especially the bathrooms. I was assigned a room that I did not like at first, but thankfully they were kind enough to give me a better looking one and it turned out to be quiet and comfortable. ”

“Good: Friendly staffs, Running reliable hot showers, nice interior design, bed comfort was good/average, great location next to mall & restaurants, bottled water & towels were provided, no curfews 24-7. Bad: Almost all rooms have no windows (& this was not mentioned in room description), toilet bowl & shower walls needs proper scrubbing, smart TV remote was not functioning, no toiletaries (no soap, shampoo etc). Theres Mosquito... dont know how it went inside despite the room having no……
