"Staff is friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s an older motel AND it did not feel run down like some motels I’ve stayed in along my travels. If I had to offer anything to invest in first as new owners, it would be the surrounding pavement. Just drive slow. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"They had no record of my reservation. After explaining that I had a receipt from hotels.com, and the reservation was for 2 kings for 2 adults, they said I owed twice what I already paid to hotels.com. I asked why and they were wanting me to pay for 2 rooms. It took over 25 minutes to check in and then the room keys didn’t work. When we entered the room it was extremely hot (we were sweating profusely, had to be 95 or more degrees ) so we set it to max cold and left. After about an hour we...

"I was not having the best to ever, then I got to Kiowa. From the moment I booked. They were the first ever to give me a call to confirm reservations and ask when I would be arriving, to ensure my room would be ready. The whole experience was awesome. The people who run this hotel and work here truly brightened my whole trip up, even while it rained the whole time. I will be staying here everytime I'm in the area. "

"We loved the cabin, we just wished it wouldn’t have been so rainy. The driveway was washed out in places so the last night we loaded the vehicles and drove them up by the rode, as we were afraid we might get stuck the next morning. We were glad we did, it rained most of the night. We had to carry the rest of our luggage to our vehicles in the pouring rain about a half mile. It was worth it great place and we loved our stay. We will be back."

"The pictures didn’t do it justice! It is truly cozy. We loved that we were ‘away’ from the city but 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Perfect getaway for our anniversary. Would love to return and will definitely tell our friends of a great place to stay."
