“We liked every each part of our stay there. We helped with sending us a driver that gonna pick us up from the airport and then there were so welcomed and explain everything and show our studio. I had a few times that I didn’t even want to go out of our room because it was so nice the pool the sun the quiet the view everything is amazing! You feel like you woke up in the jungle. And you woke up to this view when you’re going to sleep with the view is amazing. Highly recommend.”

“2 adults. 5 teenage boys, 1 college aged daughter. Surf and adventure trip. This house was very well managed and taken care of. Any issue was immediately resolved. Sophie was very attentive, and easily accessible. Each day the house was cleaned while we were out surfing, magically restored to normal (5 teenage boys!). Banana Beach next door is nice to have. Private gated drive w security guard in community gave peace of mind, though there was never a concern over safety. Perfectly situated in……

“Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away.……

“We had a great stay with our family. Lucia (property manager) was very responsive and the daily housekeeping service was so wonderful! The house is located close enough to walk to restaurants but not in the busy part of town. Added bonus since we were there last is now there are lifeguards at beach - made me feel better given we had 4 teenagers in the water with lots of rip currents. Just a note, the beds are quite firm but manageable. Property is very conducive for large groups and creates a……

“Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights. The host quickly helped us come up with Plan B including a driver. Saved tge day!!!”

“Hit the jackpot with this dream rental. Beautiful location and accommodation. I felt like I was in a design magazine, from the landscape to the interior, beautiful and inspiring. Private and quiet, room perfect for alone time and work BUT also option communal area to meet like minded people. Very nice staff, helpful and warm personnel.
