"The room was fabulous, the view of the stadium just offered such an amazing view. Spotless, excellent accommodation, however, the hotel experience provided by the entire team, from the valet team, to the front desk, particularly, Mr. Lord, absolutely impeccable, so professional yet so gracious and kind it’s what gave this hotel experience a true 5 star feel. We have been very fortunate to have stayed at many 5 star hotels at many major cities and can confirm that our stay at the Omni Hotel has been by far our most enjoyable experience. We humbly and gratefully thank you all!!!! Will be back:)"

"The hotel was very nice and clean. And they hotel had great amenities. When I and my guest arrived the lady at the counter, was not very knowledgeable or pleasant. She told me there was nothing she could do because I did not have a physical card. The hotel room was paid for online with my Klarna card through hotel.com. The manager over heard her lack of experience or knowledge. And said yes your fine we just need a physical card for a deposit. We were about to leave due to a employee’s lack of knowledge and concern. Thanks to the manager who we asked for assistance and she was over heard the employee. Then the next day, it became one of my worse nights in life with a hotel manager, I believe her name was Tavia, that Saturday a guest that separately purchased a room had an episode and we were ask to leave by the manager and we would be refunded. It is now a legal matter being filed against two parties one being the hotel. I had absolutely nothing to do with the episode that took place. All I wanted was a some rest and relaxation from my extremely busy everyday life. And it was anything but that… love the hotel."

"Received incorrect room. Hair was all over the bathroom. Beds were said to be queen size but we were very uncomfortable and our feet dangled off the bed. We are average size people. Refrigerator barely cooled our left over take out. You have to pay $10 a night to park. The staff tried their best to accommodate us. They were nice. However, pretty Disappointed and will not be returning. "

"Room was decent but was not cleaned well at all. We had to move from our first room because of a strange smell to which the front desk person was extremely accommodating. Our second room was better but I kept finding long hairs all over the bathroom. Counters did not look cleaned and sink handle was almost too dirty to touch. Floor was sticky and I wore my shoes the entire time. However, I used the gym in the morning which was actually quite nice - various machines, towels, weights. Sweet staff but cleaning needs improvement. "
