"Carlos was the only exceptional front desk agent! There were two women who worked front desk (one at night and one in the morning) who just gave off attitude. They acted as if they hated their job; and one I believe was a supervisor or manager on duty. They just weren’t pleasant and didn’t speak in a professional manner. The lady who worked at night with Carlos, who I believe could have been a supervisor or manager, was just standing around clueless. Then, Carlos had to assist her with another customer because she didn’t know what she was doing. THEN, she had the nerve to give me and my friend attitude about the parking garage because our key card wasn’t working to get into the gate! The young girl who checked me out gave attitude because I asked for a receipt! She was faking a nice attitude with other guests though I felt she was agitated. She was being rude and unprofessional with her delivery of speech. Upon entering my room, the bathroom was not up to par and deserved another cleaning. It was around 9pm when I got into my room, so I know housekeeping was gone. I didn’t complain or ask for another room because I was able to manage the filthiness for the time being. The room itself wasn’t up to much standard, but it was doable. The bed was comfortable and relaxing. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel ever again! What I thought was a luxury hotel—I might as well had booked a room at Days Inn. "
