“Great place to stay, really clean and pretty rooms, very spacious, beds were comfortable, all the staff were great and kind. We were there for the World Cup and it’s really walkable to the stadium and centennial park, plus a lot of options to eat. There’s a parking right in front of the building that you can park for a nice price.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional.
Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……
