“The parking is not clear. When I arrived the self parking situation was confusing. I decided to just go ahead and do valet, but the valet attendant was no where to be found. I parked and went in and talked with front desk. They said he will be right back so went to room and came back down. He gave me a card which says scan the QR code. Well the QR code didn’t work. It is within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium but it’s a rough area and wouldn’t recommend it.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……
