「Our stay at the Omni at the Battery was wonderful! It was so wonderful to have a place to stay that is right at the park! We were able to enjoy the battery and all of the amenities without having to leave the hotel. The room was spacious, had a great view of the park and the battery and was quiet! They were in communication frequently to make sure we had what we needed and the hotel amenities such as the pool and workout space were very nice! We definitely would want to stay there again!」

「You have to request to clean your room. At my 3rd day I asked about clean service because they didn't tell me I had to request it. At the gym : One treadmill was not working and the other one frequently stops」

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「We only stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable and was clean. Major complaint was the shower/tub was extremely slippery and did not have anything on the bottom to avoid slipping. This needs to be corrected before someone gets hurt. One of our guests fell but fortunately was not hurt - it could have been much worse. Ice machine was near our room, so we heard people getting ice st ungodly hours of the night. Beds were comfortable and frig was cold. All in all, a good stay.」

「If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!」
