“There was a fire alarm throughout the hotel when I went down for breakfast. But no one in my party who were in their rooms even heard it. Soundproof rooms are great, but a fire alarm should be heard in the guest rooms, not just the common areas of the hotel. Everything else went fine other than that situation which I assume was a false alarm since the hotel staff to whom I spoke had no idea about what was going on and continued to act as if it was something normal. ”

“I liked everything, I was quite comfortable. I totally disliked all the stairs outside and the gravel walk paths. At 74 years old this is unacceptable. Will not rent there again for this reason only. ”

“The apartment was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would've liked to have soap/shampoo - we only had 2 small bottles that were partially used. Parking was gated so we felt very safe with multiple locked doors to gain access to the building. The office/common area downstairs was a nice perk.”

“Me and my husband went to Atlanta for a 4-day vacation. BCA provided us a home-like apt to stay. The apt was spacious, clean & neat, provided with all the appliances needed. The neighbourhood was quite. The location was very convenient (right off the freeway, walks to transit). The only shortfall was a low water pressure in the shower room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again with BCA next time visit Atlanta.”
