"PLEASE READ, LOTS OF INFO *It was very clean. *Very comfortable beds. *Staff were amazing and very kind. *Kinda loud till maybe 10 but then was better. We were on the 9th floor, bar is on the 11th so that could be why. *Breakfast, we did not get I feel it was very over priced at $20 a person. *I do wish there was a mini fridge, you can get one if you pay extra for it. *TV has basic channels, so not much to watch. *It's not really a young kid friendly place, more a adult party hotel. *There absolutely nothing for young kids or teens to do. I traveled with 2 17year olds. *Its a great hotel if you're 21+ and like the bars or a party seen."

"Telephone didn’t work. Both tv set broken even after they send someone twice to repair. Management unresponsive when address at checkout. Never again will I trust Expedia or embassy suites"

"The hotel has one working elevator. At times it was an hour wait to go up to our room. The valet has no digital way of requesting your car or tipping. Mold on bathroom ceiling."

"We had no air conditioning in our room, just a portable fan. We arrived just in time to go to a concert and arrived back at our hotel late, so we didn't have the time or energy to complain or ask for another room. But why would a hotel located in Atlanta put a guest in a room without air conditioning to begin with?"
