"We recently stayed at Aloft and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Our room was supposed to be ready at 4:00 PM, which is the stated check-in time, but it was not available until almost 6:00 PM. After a long day of travel, this delay was frustrating and inconvenient. While we understand that occasional delays can happen, there was no offer any form of accommodation while we waited. This made the experience feel even more disappointing. The hotel itself has a modern and appealing atmosphere, but timely room readiness and better customer service during delays are essential. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the check-in experience for future guests."

"This hotel is super cute and close to all the attractions. Right across the street from the Aquarium and Coca-Cola World (about a 5 minute walk to the entrance). The hotel is nice and quiet and the continental breakfast is definitely a plus, especially when traveling with kids. The pool could use a little upgrade, there were some stains on the bottom of the pool but other than that it was very nice and we had a great time. 10/10 would stay again :)"

"I’ve never written a review but this was my worst hotel experiences here. The photos look nice, but the reality is completely different. When we arrived, the room was not properly cleaned, there were piles of cigarette butts on the balcony and hair in the bathtub from previous guests, which was honestly shocking. For two people staying three days, we were given only one towel and a single roll of toilet paper. There is no mini fridge in the room, and the TV didn’t even have a remote control. If you need anything (towels, toilet paper, or even a TV remote), you’re supposed to contact the front desk — but the front desk never answers. During our entire stay, we were told their phones were not working. The most unacceptable part: we received no housekeeping service at all for three days. On top of that, only one out of four elevators was working, so it took forever to go up and down. Also, there is no guest parking available the only option is valet, which costs $50 per day. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel."
