"Tony was a fantastic host. Tony's place was immaculate, well stocked. Tony made us feel lime family. Tony bent over backwards to give us insight to places to go, eat and see. He even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived for our anniversary. His kayaks and canoes were available to use on the lake that his property was on. My wife and I will be sure to go back again. 5 stars all around. "

"We found this cute little hidden gem after a last minute decision to visit Cooperstown with our kids, and we were definitely lucky! This is a small rental but comfy, cozy and enough space for our family of 4. Quiet, beautiful surrounding woods, but not far from amenities and downtown. This home is clean, updated, and the kids loved having the loft as their own space. The owner was very communicative and had the electric fireplace on before we arrived. "We loved our stay at Chrissy’s property! The cottage was tucked far enough away in the woods to feel remote without feeling cut off, and it has all the conveniences you could need. We really enjoyed being able to cook in the full kitchen, and loved the windows that showed off the forest views. Only regret is not staying longer!"

"The house was just what we wanted. Close to town, walk out the door and start hiking, and of course Shoog the friendliest dog you will ever meet. Our own kids both two legged and four, had a blast. "The Boathouse is located down 67 stairs - which we read about in the description - still a workout, especially when loading in or out. The property was perfect for our family of four. There were lots of bugs on the windows, so we decided to keep them closed at all times. The window AC unit cooled the house enough and fans are provided. The house could use a refresh of furniture and towels. If I went again, I would bring my own towels. The beach towels provided were great. The water is stunning....
