“No complaints here!”

“Great accommodations for a single/couple. Location 2 blocks from dipping your toes in the Atlantic and a bike ride away from everywhere I wanted to be. Kitchen was beautifully appointed with everything needed. Definitely will be looking to book this again.”

“Great location, beautiful apartment.”

“We were very fortunate to be some of the first to stay at this new VRBO. The location is perfection. The place seems like a converted (and comfortable) old beachside Motel. We loved walks along the beach, comfortable bedding, and wonderful hospitality. There is an assigned parking space. The internet works. The kitchen is ready; and the beach is steps away. Enjoy!”

“I didn't even get to stay because I never received the code to get in. There was no where listed to be able to get in touch with anyone. The unit was not anything like it was represented on the site that used. I am hoping that you will refund all the payment that I made because I had to make other arrangements while in Florida.”

“It was perfect for what we needed, just one night before our cruise. A little crowded for 4, but would be perfect for a vacation for 2. Price was excellent!”

“Fantastic location, very spacious l condo, hosts provide everything you might need including beach equipment. Except voice for beach vacation. Plus the beach offers perfect view of rocket launches”

“Great place to stay very convenient location”

“Great condo. Great location on the beach. Host was very quick to respond to all questions.”

“Great stay. Questions were answered quickly!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The place is immaculately decorated with every possible amenity you would need to enjoy the condo itself and your experience on the beach. It was extremely clean. Beautiful views of the ocean, very comfortable beds, and it even had a pac man arcade game that my boys enjoyed playing. The condo owner was responsive to any questions we had and had great recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I highly recommend!”

“The accommodations were clean and up to date. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The only drawback is that I have not received my $150 deposit, which was supposed to be refunded by now, as we did not damage anything.”

“This was the perfect spot for our trip to Cocoa Beach. Steps from the beach and Pier. The condo was easy to find and had parking right outside the door. The condo was spacious, very clean and very well appointed. Mark is a top notch host and we would stay here again. ”

“Such great access to all you could want out of your Cocoa Beach experience. The room has a fantastic view of the pier, pool, and beach. The walk to the beach is close, accessible, and private. The room is spacious and has all needed amenities!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Sandcastles Condo.Rob, was quick to respond and very accommodating. Very quiet end unit, clean, and the ocean view was amazing. Also, this is a great spot to watch a rocket / satellite launch from Cape Canaveral. Thank you!Betty R”
