A freshly remodeled, 2nd floor Executive Cottage with private entrance and side view of the Atlantic Ocean from your front door. Go up the stairs and you’ll find a beautiful balcony to enjoy your coffee or cocktails on while you relax in the Florida sun. This unit has all the essentials and more for a private stay on the beach with friends and family. New floors, new windows, new kitchen countertops and appliances, new paint, new walk-in shower and bathroom vanity, all new linens and towels. Close enough to hear the ocean from an open window

Check in was easy and apartment was spotless when we showed up. The bed was comfortable. Great location that was close enough to hear the ocean from an open window. I just wish it had been warmer during our stay.The apartment had been recently renovated and pleasantly decorated. The new toilet was a tall one, my feet dangled 4 inches off the floor. If you are under 5'10" tall, I would recommend you bring a stool.Thermostat was accurate and it was easy to adjust. Lots of pillows which made it easy to make the sofa comfortable to lounge on.

We Can't Wait to Go Back!

This is the perfect property for a family. It was so clean, included basic amenities and had a storage closet downstairs with boogie boards, beach chairs, buckets, etc. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth. We were able to watch the sunrise over the ocean and it was absolutely breathtaking! We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We loved our time at Cocoa Sands. The location is fantastic!! The property manager was so helpful and we were totally happy with our experience. We loved how the place was decorated. We highly recommend staying here.

This is a very small condo but it has all of the amenities that one would need. My only suggestion is a dust pan to pick up the sand off the floors.

Spotless, beautiful, gorgeous view

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this charming beach apartment. The generous supply of luxurious linens, comfortable beds, toiletries, beach chairs, etc. are all part of the generous amenities.
