Charming, quiet condo that is a quick walk to the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything you may need even beach chairs, umbrella, beach bags, etc. The owner was quick to respond. We had an enjoyable stay and will stay again in the future.

Perfect Location on Space Coast

Easy to find property as discussed, a few minutes from beach. All attractions easy to get to. Would recommend and stay here again when next in this area

Great Place

Stayed two night before boarding a ship. The location was perfect for Port Canaveral. Property was easy to check in and out of. Spot was clean and exactly as described.

Great family getaway

We picked this place for our quick family getaway to see the Kennedy Space Center. The area is great with restaurants and the beach in walking distance (good for watching a 5:15 am rocket launch!). The condo was clean and having the beach chairs and towels accessible was a huge bonus.

My husband and I stayed at the cute condo during our college aged daughter’s spring break softball games. it was perfect for us and we throughly enjoyed it. Would gladly stay there again.

This property was 1 block from the beach and was able to walk or drive to see the sunrise every morning. The property provided beach chairs, cooler, and several boogie boards for a good time at the beach.

Thanksgivings Get-away

I rented the property for my granddaughter and her family. The location was perfect, not too far from us and just a very short walk to the beach. Although small, it met the requirements and was far better than staying in a motel. They hope to return at Christmas time.

Wonderfully Spent

I Had the pleasure of meeting Anna. She is such a wonderful soul. The stay was well worth the money spent. It felt like home away from home. The beach is in walking distance and the property is very close to shopping malls and restaurants as well as the Port and other establishments that provide entertainment while on your stay.

Beautiful beach location

This was a lovely apartment with everything we could need and more provided. 3 minute walk to beach with beach chairs, umbrella, frisbee and nerf football all in unit. Nice neighborhood with good food close by. Pleasant atmosphere on property. Would love to return someday.

Enjoyed meeting the owner, Anna, she was so helpful! She gave us some tips on dining options close by. The restaurants she recommended were wonderful. The unit was very clean, which i greatly appreciated. The beach is literally right down the road, and everything you need is in the unit. I will definitely stay there again when we come for a cruise.

This is a wonderful property that is steps from the beach. We were in condo #10 and it was beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area and ease of access to the beach. The property managers were very nice! We will definitely be back.

Nice, clean, hospitable

The owners thought of everything. Not only was the inside of the place new/nice and clean, but they provided more than I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, spices, and some essentials; beach towels, chairs, and toys were available; we had an air mattress; games and DVDs were available.

We used the apt. mostly for overnights...were engaged with family and friends (Wedding) elsewhere...did not make use of the excellent ocean beach just down the street this time...would come again...very adequate for our needs...great place to chill and just relax...Thanx Anna & Andre

3 day stay/ rocket launch

We were in Cocoa Beach for 3 nights. The accommodations were super close to the beach (3 min walk across a quiet street). We even got a chance to see a nighttime launch of the space X Falcon 9 rocket! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals, not only with dishes but lots of staple ingredients like spices and oil. Having access to 4 beach chairs and beach towels and lots of equipment to build sand castles was the wonderful amenity we weren't expecting. The only thing I would change, which is not at all a fault of the host, is that in hindsight we should have gotten a place with 2 bathrooms for 4 people (including 2 teenagers). The host accurately described the property, that was just one detail I didn't realize was gonna be an issue until we got there. But this does not take away from the 5 out of 5 stars I would give the property.
