The location is perfect; quiet, close to beach, stores and sights. The internet info in my confirmation email was wrong, but was quickly fixed when I emailed Evolve. There is laundry on site, just need quarters and soap. Also had to restock tp during stay. Will definitely be back.

Good location and plenty of space, but the property was built in the 1960's and maybe updated in the late 1980's. Ok, so for hanging at the beach and the location, I give it good marks, but an overall update would really help.

We have stayed at the Diplomat 2 other times prior to this stay. This condo was very similar to the other 2 rented and we were very happy with the unit. It was clean, well organized and had everything we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located a short distance from the beach and is situated in a very quiet corner. The only negative is the $217.00 I paid up front when booking the condo which was listed as damage fee. We did not damage the unit in any way and in fact left it in the same condition as arrival except for laundry. I do not understand why this fee is not refundable. Other than that we would love to rent again in the future.

If you're mainly looking for quick and easy beach access, you'll probably be happy here. If you want a modern, contemporary place to stay this is not it. The place is clean and the furniture in the main room (living room/dining room) is comfortable enough, but the bedroom furniture is cheap and in poor shape. Ceiling fans are old with cords running down the walls. Plugs are questionable. Overall, this place is long overdue for a renovation.
