Great place to stay for holidays with family

Excellent communication with manager, took care of issue quickly. Great location to see space launches. Wonderful heated pool. Full kitchen with dishes and cookware, although mis-matched, enough to fit our needs. Furniture well-used, but comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

This condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway (two couples). It was well stocked and there was plenty of room. The location was great -- so close to many bars and restaurants and right on the beach!

Amazing location directly on beach ⛱️

Adorable, quiet, spacious, and perfectly located on the beach. Very large bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and great views from master bedroom of the beach. Very nice pool and courtyard to use for activities like cornhole :)

Great Stay

We’ve been to the area many times and this is a great place that is about as close to the beach as you can get and in a great location for all attractions. Condo was clean and great for our family of 4. Owner/managers were really nice with great communication and check in/check out was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again and thank you for sharing your place!

This was a very family-friendly spot! We all enjoyed our stay. The ocean view was lovely and being on the ground floor made it very easy to haul all the things kids require for the beach. We will definitely return!

Can we stay forever?

The condo was perfect and exactly as described. We could not have enjoyed our time more. So close to everything. Steps from the beach and pool. We will be back again and again!! Also, Cathy was so easy to get ahold of, so helpful and so accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about this condo!

Ground corner unit on the beach!

We spent 3 days on Cocoa Beach and it was beautiful! The views, beach and shelling was amazing! The staff was so kind! Cathy (property manager) came while we were there and was so helpful!! This is not a fancy unit but it was clean, comfortable and in a heavenly location! Checking & out was a breeze! Everyone was so friendly too! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!!

March warmth

Very nice condo. Loved the fact that there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unit was clean and close to many Space Coast attractions. Beach was right there with beautiful sunrise views.

Condo was just as described. Excellent location with extra amenities for beach and pool access. Everything we needed was present. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. I had one question about cleaning prior to arrival that was answered quickly and thoroughly. My family would definitely stay there again.

Property needs maintenance......peeling paint.....torn screens...outdated appliances......drywall crumbling around screen door and master bedroom....mold in guest bathroom shower stall.

Great Location

Wonderful location, can't beat beachfront. The property was nice, a little older and a little trash in the year. The condo was beautifully decorated, but it too was a little tired. Half of the master bedroom's closet door was on the floor, sliding door screen didn't work. Needs paint and a good thorough cleaning. All in all it was fairly good.

The location ocean front it’s amazing, but the apt need a upgrade , if they upgrade it I would come back. Upstairs apt it’s very noise 😞
