Great location
The house is in a great location. Water front just steps away and we saw dolphins and manatees often. Just a couple block walk to the beach or downtown Cocoa Beach, I used the bike to commute and pick up groceries. The pool was not cleaned before we arrived as the cleaner was sick that week. It was cleaned the second week. House was comfortable. It should be called The Manatee House will all the manatee decoration.

3 relaxing days in Cocoa Beach
This property was great for our adult trip. There were many great walkable restaurants and the beach was well within our walking ability as we were all over 65. Tara went above and beyond by texting us while we were at dinner to let us know there was an unscheduled rocket taking off in a few minutes. We were able to get outside and see the entire launch making our trip a success.

This house is in an awesome location. A bunch of really good restaurants within easy walking distance, close to the beach, and with a dock on the river right at the house. We saw manatees and a dolphin right from the dock. The hosts were so responsive when we contacted them. We would gladly stay at this property again! Thank Tara and Kelly.

The house was amazing everything you needed was already there. The kids had a wonderful time riding the bikes the street was so quiet it was almost like we were the only ones there. We will most definitely be coming back 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic stay
We enjoyed our stay so much!! The property was clean and all the little extra things that were available (bikes, pool toys, grill, towels, and so much more) made our stay that much more pleasant. The neighborhood is gorgeous and such a pretty walk to the beach and downtown. We really enjoyed seeing dolphins near the dock. The property manager was very responsive and super helpful with recommendations and local activities.
