“This property was truly perfect for our family this past weekend in Cocoa. I was there for the Space Coast Triathlon, so I had gear with me, along with my wife and five children. The photos did not do justice to how spacious the place is. If you have kids, lots of gear with you, or both (LIKE ME), then this place is a must.Entering through the back, there is a large laundry and play room, with tons of toys for the kids, and easily accessible laundry machines with soap packets provided. “It was a beautiful historic building. The host supplied everything néeded. It was very clean. We heard a launch and was close enough to see and rattled the windows. The pool table was a relaxing activity.”

“My husband's family is from here and his grandmother owned the shop next door so it was a very special stay for us. The view of the cape was real nice and it was quiet at night even with a bar downstairs. We love Titusville and will come back here for more stays, it was really really nice and affordable. thank you.”
