“Staff are friendly and helpful. Entertainment team tried really hard. Good variety of food. Overall, the communal areas are well kept. Rooms were not cleaned daily and towels not changed, even though requested. Evening entertainment is loud. Dead cockroaches around perimeter of restaurant, then live ones crawling around inside the main restaurant and themed restaurant. Would not stay here again.”
