"I didn’t like my experience in this place , the thermal water wasn’t hot enough, and open 24 hours and the ones who were hot and nice closes at 10 pm which is ridiculous , you have to pay extra for each robe , taxes at the property, and the restaurant service was the worse in the night when. I asked for a expreso and it took more than 20 mins to get it while we were freezing, our room have some licks problem in the bathroom and they changed our room for a better one , which I appreciate and the Msnsger was very attentive and nice . I won’t recommend this place , I think you can get better choices for a cheaper price. The food is very expensive too, I won’t never spend my money again , oh i forgot the night we stay the electricity went off many times ! Very scary"
