“For all the bad reviews this place is what it is. A quick jump of to get to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. One would never stay here but for that fact. I found it clean. That is all I ask. “The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise……

“We took a chance on this as an alternative to a hotel because it is in a great location in downtown Indy. Check in was fine, but the listing showed large windows and spacious living area, but ours had only one small window. and a smaller living area, but it wasn't bad. What was disappointing was that the TVs did not work while we were there, and one guest wanted to watch the U.S. Open. Also, to book this, I had to pay a non-refundable fee BEFORE getting the terms. “Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was acceptable. I had a king bed. Very comfortable. Bed linen was clean. Towels had a few spots on them . Rags were fine. Room was clean. TV and WiFi worked fine. Continental breakfast was homemade muffins in Saran Wrap. I didn’t care for them after a first bite. OJ and apple juice were provided. I have no complaints for the grounds. I would say all in all, maybe the motel needs to be renovated to be a bit new and modern, otherwise all was well.”
