Great for groups, great location but overall could be better
The location was great, in quiet little town and close enough to Coffs if needed. We had a big group of 7 adults and three kids under 4, the property was spacious and accommodating for everyone. Easy check in process. However the property is outdated, and we felt wasn’t clean upon arriva. The trampoline outside was filthy, the kids came off with black all over their clothes and body. The vacuum bag in the vacuum was full and smelly upon arrival and no replacement bags. Pegs outside were old and rusty, broke when trying to hang washing out, had to buy new ones. The oven/stove knobs are all loose. The downstairs bathroom door is loose so unable to lock. Despite saying linen provided there was no sheet for the pull out sofa bed. Between three bathrooms there was no bath in any of them, which wasn’t fun for three little kids under 4 who hated showering. In saying all of this, we had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay.
