Nice and new modern house, good appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful views, however a few details

Nice and new modern house, good appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful views, however a few details could be improved: - The toilets get wet after each shower, shower area is not properly sealed for the water - There was a bad smell in one of the toilets, although everything was ok inside - There were not enough bath towels - There is air conditioner only in the living room (not a problem for our stay in March) - Some detergent for the dishwasher would be nice to have - The is no garbage deposit in a walking distance
