“This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. “Dan is a wonderful host. The house is very well decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The size of the rooms were good. The kids had a nice cozy room. We were 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 pups and we didnt get to use one room with a king bed. Dan was very prompt in his responses. The house location is perfect. It is a very short drive to the beach. We walked only to see the sunset/sunrise but had to drive with beach supplies as its a good 10 min walk. We had a minor issue of water over……

“This was our THIRD time staying in this house and hopefully there will be many more visits. Bernadette is the BEST host. We have had a couple of requests/accommodations over our stays and she totally made it happen when she didn't NEED to...she's just awesome like that! The cleanliness of the house was great. Location is perfect. Everything in the house worked just fine (tv, appliances, hot water, etc.) My family can't wait to put this house on our calendar for the 2024 season!”

“This house met all of our needs ! The location is fantastic, the house is quite nice, and having a hot tub and small plunge pool were incredibly nice features. I would say the only detractor was that the cleanliness of the master bathroom showers could have been better. Still, we plan to come back to this house next summer as well!”

“Sea forever is a beautiful home and very spacious. We were five in total, and we were not on top of each other and had room to spread out. My boyfriend and I had the entire top floor to ourselves, apart for when we gathered to prepare meals and eat. The kitchen was stocked with essential items needed for our stay. The property is a few minutes from the beach and the hosts made every effort to inform guests on places to eat, how to get to the beach, and other helpful tips. We had small issues……

“House was amazing. Just what a family needs. Getting to and from the main road is another story. Having to leave air out of your tires and then putting air back in your tires each time you have to go on the main road is a hassle. Also watching the tide schedule is important. You can’t just jump in your vehicle and go somewhere. You have to have a plan. Plus it’s not just you on the sand. We wanted to try it. Sooo now… been there, done that, don’t need to go back.”

“The home was in tip top condition. New everything, including hot tub, appliances, all beds and pillows (high end excellent quality). It truly makes for a better experience having peace, quiet, clean and comfy bedding. The owners were truly a blessing, living nearby. They were the definition of true southern hospitality. They went above and beyond making our stay as comfortable as possible. I could not have asked for a better host from maintaining the hot tub, answering numerous questions about……

“The house is at a great location, close to the beach and halfway between Duck and Kitty Hawk, so with great access to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The screened-in porch is also great. We were comfortable in the house, which was very quiet and peaceful—a relaxing getaway for our whole family and our dog. The owner was very responsive. One tip: bring your own paper products.”

“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although……

“Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!”
