「Very nice accommodation on a farm near Addo Park. Nice rooms with veranda and outdoor shower. Wonderful well-kept garden with views over the surrounding hills. Pleasently quiet. 「Beautiful garden setting located on an operating Citrus farm. The owners are kind and welcoming and treated us like family. Our unit had a small kitchenette and a room attached with two twin beds for the kids. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with homemade Jams and honey from the farm. We truly enjoyed our time here. It was also a great location in proximity to Addo Elephant National Park. We highly recommend a stay here」

「A desk or a place to work would have been nice, and since we do struggle with the inevitable load shedding, some emergency outside lighting and perhaps backup on wifi. Unlocking in the pitch dark was challenging. The automatic gate was a blessing so I could drive in and close it before starting to unlock. Staff are not very communicative. 」

「This property is located right on the Sundays River. I believe they also have canoe rentals. Great location, we could safely walk to dinner at Grunters, good food. The hosts were lovely and had lots of knowledge of the area. We went Sandboarding on the Alexandria Dunes - great fun. The shower was huge and beautifully tiled, but it had no privacy! Not a big deal, just good to know :)」

「Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht aufgrund der Nähe zum Addo Park. Die Unterkunft selbst ist toll, das Personal sehr bemüht. Wir sind sehr früh abgereist aufgrund des Fluges und uns wurde ein schönes Frühstückspaket vorbereitet. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, eine landestypische Unterkunft, die dennoch die „Vorstellungen“ eines Europäers erfüllt. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch ca 1 std mit dem Auto von Port Elizabeth entfernt und man muss kurz hinter PE durch ein recht unsicher wirkendes Gebiet...

「We only stayed one night but were very happy with our choice. It is a beautiful place in a very nice setting on the banks of the Sundays River. It was quiet and peaceful. After a long drive we were glad to have use of the indoor pool. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is very handy for visiting Addo Elephant Park. 「Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht, da sie laut Beschreibung schallgedämmte Zimmer und eine Klimaanlage haben sollte. Leider waren die Nachbarn extrem laut und die Klimaanlage fehlte! Aber wo soll man sich beschweren? Kaum hat man gezahlt, ist man ausgeliefert. Funktioniert über AirBNB besser.」
