"Had requested an accessible room but we’re give one with standard facilities meaning my wife could not have a shower as this would have meant climbing over the side of the bath. Had no issue with this on our last stay as had a fully accessible room with wet room features. As we were only there for an overnight stay prior to an early flight, did not complain, but it wasn’t ideal for her not to be able to shower given the hot weather."
