We stayed here on 20th to 23rd September 2024, myself and two friends. The apartment was ideal, very clean and spacious. The host communicated really well and provided all instructions and guidance, answering any queries swiftly! Train station 5 minutes walk, ferry port also. Plenty restaurants and bars, wished we had stayed longer, would highly recommend!

We liked the place because it delivered all what we wanted: a good sleep in a cool, dark and silent environment. Cleanliness was great all around the place. Though located in a calm neighbourhood with a walkable distance to the Colico train station (trains to Milano, e.g.) and the Lake Como boat services, you are never aware of the through-road, the trains, or the boats. Fantastic! You even have some nice views onto the mountains and also a glimpse onto the lake. Due to the sensitive appartment layout with a double door between the sleeping rooms an the kitchen/living room, you will never even hear a fridge - quite a unique key point. The owner Andrea was all the time there to help us with any question about airconditioning/heating and his brother bought us a new toaster. Despite all the sensible "pros", as a "con" don't expect exactly luxurious furnishings or detailings. For us it was just as shown on the pictures. Andrea, keep up the good work and never save on the elementary stuff ;-)

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten runter ins Zentrum gelaufen, in dem es sehr viele Restaurants gibt. Auch der Bahnhof für weiter Trips ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. In den Betten hat man sehr gut geschlafen und sonst war alles was man braucht vorhanden.

Nach kurzem netten Video zum Einchecken, konnten wir zeitunabhängig in die tolle Wohnung. Es fehlte an wirklich nichts, sogar ein Pürierstab und Bügeleisen war vorhanden. Es ist überall wirklich alles sauber. Kleineres Problem wurde vom Vermieter gleich behoben. Die Kommunikation war super. Die Terasse und der Pool sind super, wir genossen die Abende nach unseren Ausflügen. Netter Nachbarschaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. einen Termin Püriersta

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie liegt wirklich super, die Wohnung und auch der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt, die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch und der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten und eine top Küchenausstattung inklusive Rührgerät und weiteren Dingen, die man nicht in jeder Fewo findet. Der Pool hat eine ordentliche Größe und die Klimaanlage hat uns an den für Juni außergewöhnlich heißen Tagen gute Dienste geleistet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist herrlich und zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Eigentlich braucht man kein Auto, da auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war klasse und Andrea hat alle Anfragen sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Colico ist ein niedliches Städtchen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé de formidables vacances dans ce logement parfait et tres propre. Tres bon acceuil du proprietaire et précieux conseils. Le logement est tres bien équipé et idéalement placé. Wir sind zu viert angereist und die Wohnung hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Der Vermieter hat uns zunächst freundlich in Empfang genommen, uns in Ruhe nochmal die Wohnung gezeigt und die „Hausordnung“ erklärt und schließlich einen tollen Urlaub gewünscht. Die Wohnung bot genügend Platz und die Terrasse war das große Highlight, auf der wir uns entspannen und sonnen konnten. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, sodass uns bei unserem Aufenthalt beim Kochen nichts gefehlt hat. Auch mit der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden, da wir nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum von Colico entfernt waren. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können die Ferienwohnung und den Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen!

Eine schöne mit allem ausgestattete Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig, so das man sich erholen kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich schnell und diskret. Uns hat er sogar zwei vergessene Halsketten nachgeschickt. Die Wohnung können wir mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Beim nächsten Mal im Sommer, damit wir auch den vorhandenen Pool nutzen können. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Wir wahren mit unserem Hund (Schulterhöhe 45cm) in der Ferienwohnung Vacanze. Es ist alles super eingezäunt, so das der Hund sich austoben kann ohne das wir immer auf der Hut sein müssen ob er entwischt. Der Gemeinschafts Pool ist es auch eine super abkühlung an heissen Tagen und danach hat man eine riesen Terrasse zum Sonnen. Meistens ist man alleine im Pool. Luxus ist auch das man zwei abgeschlossene Garagen Plätze hat mit eigenem Aufgang in die Ferienwohnung. Das einzige was uns persönlich nicht so gefallen hat, sind die Betten. Die sind etwas klein und schmal, aber es geht nicht grösser, da die Zimmer eher klein sind. Colico ist eine sehr Hunde freundliche Gegend mit vielen Hunden. Nur von den Robidogs hat es leider nicht so viele. Im ganzen eine super Ferienwohnung mit oder ohne Hund. Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht 100% der Beschreibung.Der Pool war sehr erfrischend und super sauber, Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem ist es eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert, Wir können die Wohnung unbedenklich weiterempfehlen,

Sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung: ruhige Lage, dennoch sehr nahe bei Geschäftern, Restaurants, Bahnhof, See. Sehr sympathische, grüne Umgebung in dörflicher Ambiance. Verlässlicher und angenehmer "Backstage"- Support durch Vermieter Herr Bohlscheid und "vor Ort" Assistentin Rossana. Complimenti !! Auch das Städtchen Colico ist uns in der kurzen Zeit ans Herz gewachsen.

Die Wohnung ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir konnten unsere Sachen aus dem Auto laden und der Urlaub hat sofort begonnen. Die Tiefgarage ist super, man kann von der Garage eine Treppe hoch gehen und steht direkt im Garten. Der Garten mit der umliegenden Terrasse sind sehr schön, vor allem, wenn man wie wir einen Hund dabei hat. Alles super eingezäunt, der Hund kann sich frei bewegen.Es ist sowieso eine sehr hundefreundliche Gegend. Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht, mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Sollten wir mal wieder an den Comer See reisen, würden wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten. Unser Vermieter Herr Bohlscheid hat uns nett empfangen, vielen Dank für den Wein.

Wir sind freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen worden. Der Pool war das Highlight. In wenigen Minuten war man zu Fuß am See und bei den Lokalen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.
