“The rooms were fine, but there is certainly signs of deferred maintenance. Loose plumbing fixtures, broken light fixtures, no explanation on operation of A/C, television, etc. Just beginning to show its age. On the other hand, the staff are all great, food very good and THE BEACH!!!!! Would we go back? Doubtful due to deteriorating conditions.”
