"You'll have no regrets staying here. All the amenities you could need in a cozy and safe cottage. A short drive to all of the Nashville hot spots. Broadway, Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena. Most Uber/Lyft rides were $10-15, with only a few around $20. Jim and Tina felt like old family friends who were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to be close to the action without being in it and wanting an affordable comfortable stay. Would stay again!"

"The location is great. Private but not far from restaurants and/or shopping. Very close to the venue we used for my nephew’s wedding. Clean, comfortable with all the necessities and even a few extras. Beautiful flowers!! Host was very nice with great communication. "What a beautiful place! Elegant décor in a quiet, relaxing spot. The space was extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed and plenty of room. Set on a hill out in the country with lots of acreage; nice to wake up to the birds singing. Wonderful screened-in porch off of the bedroom, great for a morning coffee! Owners live on site and were both friendly and responsive to anything we needed. Definitely would go back!"

"The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very nice and clean/ comfortable. It’s a good location to the shops and restaurants. The next door house is unkept and they do have many dogs which barked on and off in the night. If you have a fan or sound machine you could probably mask it. Sarah was responsive to my questions."

Besides being as cute as it could be inside, it also has a very nice, completely fenced-in, private backyard with a covered sitting and grille area right outside the back door. "Pros: Location was great, very easy-to-access unit, the kitchen had everything needed. Cons: No toilet seat, nowhere to hang towels, shower design poorly where water drained all over floor."
