「We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, and very accommodating host.」

「The stay was perfect for me and everything was exactly what I as advertised on the site. Definitely would recommend it plus a wonderful location especially for me was perfect.」

「Property was as advertised. However, the water temperature was definitely an issue in the house. It was either cold or super hot. I scalded my body in the shower. I really think the water heater needs to be adjusted. Also there is no water pressure in the shower. In addition there is a light in the kitchen that has to stay on at all times in order for the rest of the outlets to work, so at night you have to close the bedroom doors to sleep. But other than that it was a nice place to stay.」

「Property was clean inside and out, easy to find, and the host was easy to reach. The WiFi signal was slightly weak, possibly due to the rainy weather ??? That didn’t interfere with our stay as it was just an overnight stop.」

「The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. The provided toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc) and snacks were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family. 」

「Seriously, a vacation for us is to relax, this was so layed back, screen porch for bugs, back deck for sitting, grill for cooking, a little old but still worked! Absolutely love that Darrel met us here when we arrived, the we know who we are talking to and they know who is renting the property. Would stay again!」

「The Brigadoon in Leipers Fork was simply outstanding! This was one of the most unique and memorable properties we have ever stayed in. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and promptly addressed every need. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Country Boy Restaurant just down the road. We highly recommend The Brigadoon to anyone visiting the Franklin/Nashville area—it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.」

「Very nice living space, well-maintained, clean, and efficient with many amenities provided. Would be ideal for longer stays, we were there for less than 24 hours. Communication with owners was prompt and thorough and their expectations were clearly explained, I would highly recommend it.」

「We loved the cottage. It was so close to downtown Leipers Fork. Super clean and comfy. Thank you Thea great experience. We will be back.」

「The views from the home are calming.Perfect for the two of us!I would recommend.」

「This was an amazing stay and all communication was timely and very accurate. I came for some much need rest and peaceful getaway. The only disappointment was that I couldn't stay longer. Did I say peaceful??? If you want to party in the rental or lack etiquette, please don't disturb this beautiful home. This place is for city and decorum with southern hospitality!」

「This charming guest house was exactly what we needed for our getaway weekend! Each expectation was exceeded! Thank you so much and we look forward to visiting Columbia again soon!」

「Sweet little place that met our needs during our stay in Columbia.」

「Clean home. Hosts were good communicators. My daughter broke out from the blankets, so I’m not sure if a cat had been on them or if they just needed to be washed.」

「My favorite VRBO yet! Homey- cozy- clean and fun」
