「Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. 「整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。」

「We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We were told that they were under new management as of the day we checked in. They were also not able to provide us with a key upon check-in so when we returned from dinner we had to walk all around the building to the front entrance to get into our room (without a key the other entrances were not accessible). We feel that we should not be charged the additional "facilities fee" for the inconveniences.」

「Very comfortable and wonderful location in Falmouth, close to the dining and shopping. It's also is also within walking distance to the free Steamboat Authority shuttle bus to get to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket Island. The staff was super helpful.」

「这家渡假村靠海边，走几步路就是个小沙滩，上面有很多鲎的空壳。可以看日落，但是角度还不是很好。房间很小，床更小只够睡一个人，另外一个睡在沙发上，沙发看起来脏，要自己带个床单铺上才能睡。带个小厨房，烧点开水喝0k，煮东西不行火太慢」

「Room was very clean. Sheets were soft. Bathroom & shower are very small. Staff was very friendly. Hotel right across the street from the beach! Convenient parking. Restaurant on site for lunch & dinner. I would stay there again.」

「We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.」

「The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System.」
