This is our 3rd visit to Aggieland Boutique. Unfortunately, the conditions get worse each time. Our carpet in our room was covered in dog hair. The bathroom sink was clogged, which caused it to leak on the floor. On the up side...the beds are always comfortable.

Breakfast area was filthy, shower was only a trickle, poor lighting, a/c was very loud, bathroom door was loud and heavy. Staff just happened to be very nice.

I paid extra to get 2 Queen beds with a view of Kyle field. We got 1 queen bed with a set of bunk beds and a view of the parking lot. We were also charged $20 for an extra person, when we didn’t have anyone extra. Initially there was going to be 4 of us but ended up with only 3. The elevator walls were separated from the wall and had pieces missing. The floor in our room was sticky. The air conditioner unit was loud making it sound like there was a bad windstorm outside. We were told breakfast was served from 7am-9am, we went down at 8am and everything was picked over and empty, nothing was being refilled. This is not a “boutique” hotel. I would not recommend this place. Initially booked for 2 nights but left a day early just so we didn’t have to stay another night.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Angel. While booking through a third-party website suggests a preference, the room preference is not guaranteed. This information should have been communicated via the website through which you made the reservation. Our Front Desk team did inform you of this information as well, and we were unaware of any issue at the time. Our Breakfast is servied from 6:30 am-9:30 am. Unfortunately, once breakfast is over for the morning, the Kitchen staff is instructed to remove the items, as they did this past weekend.

I had a couple day stay at the hotel. Was greeted with a warm greeting by the front desk staff. The host at the bar was a present lady with positive energy. Had a great time overall and will definitely visit again. Also, easy access to Jack in the Crack is a plus plus disney plus

Front desk staff was incredibly rude when asked if early checkin was possible, TVs did not work- we were told the satellite was not working and there was nothing they could do about it, the room smelled like animal pee (dogs are permitted - but shouldn’t there be non-pet room available for those without a pet ? No water pressure and the elevator interior was falling apart The only plus is it has a cute lobby (but bar was closed when we tried to go @ 3:00pm) and good location.

We were able to do a last min reservation. The ladies at the front desk were outstanding! They accomidated us with a downstairs room, it was always clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet even though on the weekends it was very full, once in our room you wouldn't have known there was another soul there. The food offered at breakfast was very nice and different everyday. They offered entertainment in the lobby area on Friday night which was great. They have a bar available as well as a kitchen for meals to be ordered. I would stay at this location again in a heart beat.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The barn door to the bathroom was off the track so we could not close it but that was the only hiccup. The breakfast was Amazing!! Overall, we will stay here again

The hotel was old. Definitely not a boutique. Peeling wall paper, bathroom doors hard to close, dirty looking towels, shower base, disgusting soap that smelled like Lysol. Front desk agent super sweet. Bed was comfortable. Stayed for one night while we attended Santa’s Wonderland. Next time I’ll pay the extra $75 and stay somewhere nicer.

We chose this hotel because we stayed here about a year ago. We new they were under new management so we cut them some slack…. Coming back a year later, we were hoping they would have it a little more lit together. The elevators were terrifying. Not only did they make a scary creeping noise but they looked like they were going to fall apart. However, they had a printed out sign: “we know this looks bad” Then at breakfast, there was another printed out sign: “there is an extra fee to take your food back to your room”. When I asked what the fee was I was told that there was no fee, “you just can’t”. So we went across the street, bought breakfast, and went up to the room. VERY DISAPPOINTED
