Immaculate, Tranquil Family Setting - Not to Miss!
From pre-arrival communication, first impression of meticulously clean and welcoming space to ease of check out - this College Station home is a 5 Star Experience. We had 25-83 year old family members who thoroughly enjoyed the interiors and welcoming patio. Love how the bedrooms are well appointed but not cluttered, bathrooms are first class and kitchen is a cook's well-stocked haven. Great homeowners and easy communication for any questions.

The most beautiful property!
We had a FABULOUS time at this house. Our whole family of 13 had plenty of room and everyone couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the property was. The inside and outside of the home was dreamy and so cozy. We loved it and hope to get to stay again. Thank you!

Graduation Celebration
Big Country house close to everything. Decorated very nice, Rustic Farmhouse Modern. Beautiful house filled with everything you need and lots of space to spread out. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay for a large family
This was the perfect place for our large family to stay together for our daughters Ring Day celebration. There was plenty of room for 10 of us to sleep, eat, and hang out. The location was perfect Wish we would have found this place earlier.

Great family get together
We stayed for our daughter's graduation at Texas A&M. The house gave us a great country feel, but yet we had shopping and restaurants very close by. We saw deer every day we were there. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great every night. What great memories we have of our weekend in College Station!

Great long weekend home!
Beautiful home, very clean, spacious for large gatherings and accommodating! Close to restaurants, stores, coffee and the wedding venue 7F. Only negative is that, there is no place to walk without having to drive. Would stay again!

Great House for Aggie Families
This was a great, clean, spacious home with a great back patio. It was close to A&M but felt like it was out in the country. We used it to celebrate our Aggie's graduation. The owner was great in every way. Highly recommend.

Great for Families
We were very pleased with this home -- it fit our friends and family perfectly, and there was nothing that we needed that this home did not have. We had kids and tweens with us, and they loved being able to run and play in the wonderful yard while the adults watched them and relaxed on the comfortable patio. We will definitely stay here again the on our next trip to College Station!

Great stay!
We were really happy with the home overall. Just a little disappointed the king sized bed frame was damaged so sleeping was uncomfortable. The deer watching was fun and the location near the stores and food made it a great pick overall.

Fantastic Stay
We rented this place for a New Years get together with 7 people. The place was perfect and met all needs. The hosts were gracious and the location was just far enough outside of town to enjoy solitude while being close to attractions.

Amazing home in the country.
This house was absolutely amazing. It was very large and accommodated our 8 friends and family. The farm house table was great for hosting 12 people. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need. The owner allowed us to check in early so we could host the Aggie game with friends. In the evening we watched the deer graze in the pasture. The back yard was huge which we needed for our daughters ring dunk. Every bedroom was extremely spacious and the beds were heaven. This is by far one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. Now that our second child is attending A&M we will definitely be back.

Luxe rehab off the beaten path
This is a GREAT getaway property with wonderful finishes throughout. The bathrooms and beds are first class, and we actually liked being a bit out of the hoopla... but handy. There's a huge H.E.B. grocery store about 2 minutes away and you're about 15 minutes to campus... but with a huge field behind you and oh so quiet. Great table for games and communal meals, and nice outdoor gathering area as well. Winner!

Wonderful House for Aggie Celebrations!
My family and I stayed at the Arrington House for my son's graduation in early December. The house was very comfortable and cozy and was easily able to accomodate a large group. Besides being immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed for our celebration dinner. Afterwards, we sat on the back patio and enjoyed the firepit. Sandra is wonderful to work with and I have already recommended this house to my sister-in-law to rent for my niece's ring dunk in April. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice house, convenient to College Station
Great house! We had a great time staying here for a football game weekend. It is convenient to College Station, but in a quiet, secluded environment. We saw many deer each morning in the surrounding fields. Everything seems new. Would recommend.
