Love this property! My grandkids love coming to visit me when I stay here! Very clean and comfortable and the pool table is a hit! Lots of rooms and tvs and kitchen has everything you need! My very favorite place! Highly recommend!

Great experience
We’ve stayed in a number of VRBOs in Aggieland, and I think this may be our favorite. Rooms were great…beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed so we had everything we needed to stay in for a meal. The large table (perfect for meals or games) that also hid a pool table underneath was a nice extra! Property owners were super responsive. Close enough to campus but removed enough we weren’t fighting the college traffic. We’ll definitely come back!

Townhome in College Station
Page was a great communicator and refunded a portion due to the internet not working when we stayed. The place was spacious and well decorated, but the pool table did not look like the pictures. There was lots of stuff spilled on the pool table and the pockets were broken and pieces kept coming off. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival: there were beard hairs in the bathroom sink, dirty dishes left in the kitchen sink, and the sheets on the master bed were not fully dried. I tried via text, call, and vrbo message to get in contact with the host to ask if we could have a set of dry sheets for the bed ( at about 4 pm). No response the entire night or even next day about any of this. We slept on damp sheets. Very uncomfortable. There were human and animal hairs on rugs, carpet, and floors, and even hairs in the silverware drawer. No paper towels. Only old used (wet) sponges left in the kitchen to use. In my opinion a lot of this would not have been such a big deal but the worst part is zero response or communication with the host when i tried to bring up the issues.

You get what you pay for
Was not impressed with this rental for several reasons. Upon arriving, noticed that the house was definitely “loved” on. Being that we didn’t pay a fortune, I understood. As my guests and I started to walk around, we noticed it was actually quite dirty. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the floors were dirty & we noticed that the master bath had hair everywhere on the walls. We were told that we could not come to the house until four, which seemed rather late already, but then we’re confused when it didn’t even seem cleaned. More picked up, rather than cleaned. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable either and when lying down on the two queen beds, they began to sag quite a bit. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for.

Wedding Weekend
We were looking for a place with at least one king-size bed and nothing smaller than a queen. Plenty of room for 3 playpens in the master bedroom for our triplets to sleep. The living room also had plenty of room to lay an activity mat on the floor for the babies to play on. Having a half bath downstairs was convenient. Property was close to restaurants and stores for easy pick up of food or other items we needed. This unit was very close to a busy road, so traffic was a bit loud in the evening hours, but this wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Would definitely book this property again for a stay in College Station.

Nice Condo
Nice and Clean Unit. Little hard to find with vehicle map. Easy route to and from the university. Tile in showers is a little slippery. TV’s in each room a plus. Nice balcony. Very comfortable stay. Furniture could use a little TLC. Overall great place. Would book again.

google map location
This is NOT a complaint...this property was excellent! When you use google maps to get here, google brings you to the front of the property and this is not where you can park. Also with that street being a one way, it added to the difficulty. This took us a little figuring out because we are from out of town. The property was great for our stay!

Very nice townhome in an awesome location
We had a great experience in this townhome for our weekend stay for Mother’s Day weekend. The owner, Paige, was very friendly and professional and communicated with us in a timely fashion. The townhome was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the outdoor patio on the balcony as well as the dog park. The check in and check out process was seamless. We will definitely have this townhome on our go-to list the next time I visit my mother!!!!

Convenient and Communicative Property Owner
We were fortunate to snag a week long stay less than a week before check-in, and this was more than what we needed! We loved the homey and residential feel of the community, the proximity to Texas A&M, and dog-friendly atmosphere. The property’s owner was wonderfully communicative and helpful! It was a delightful find with a King bed in the master since so many area homes only have queens. Kitchen is well-stocked, more than most VRBO rentals. This is a great game day weekend home, work-from-home option away from home, or family-friendly getaway with your furry friends, too!

We have stayed in various properties over our daughter’s 4 years at A&M, and this was the most disappointing. The unit is well laid out, and has spacious rooms, however it does not appear to be maintained as well as other properties we have seen. The carpets upstairs were very soiled, there were many scuffs on the walls throughout. The air conditioner wasn’t working the first day, so we reached out to the owners, who responded promptly, and got someone out the next day to fix it. Overall it is a nice property, comfortable for our family of four but we would probably not choose a repeat stay.

Weekend visit with son in College Station
We prefer to stay in a home rather than a hotel so our son (a TAMU student) is able to sleep in a real bed in his own room when we come to visit him in CS. We also appreciate all of the amenities of a home (kitchen, laundry, living room) so we can relax in our own space. This property was great and fully met our expectations! The pool table was a wonderful plus!! Thanks so much!!

The house was really nice and would accommodate a big group. Very hard to find in the dark tho. Had a difficult time using the tv's and the garage door was wide open when arrived but overall it was a good place!

Cute property, but with safety concerns.
Overall, cute property. Nicely decorated. Plenty of room to spread out. Near Texas A&M. Enjoyed our stay. However, floors could have been cleaner. In addition, I didn’t like that none of the windows in the property opened. The windows were covered by a second glass covering with no latch, preventing you from opening the windows. I cooked bacon and had to open the front door that faced the highway (not ideal) and side door to let air in. Plus, two smoke detectors were removed from the upstairs hallway and one bedroom. I’m assuming they were removed because they probably go off frequently if someone cooks downstairs due to lack of ventilation. The windows and smoke detector is not only a safety issue, but probably a violation of the Texas Property Code.

Had a wonderful time except for the heating problem. Owner kept in contact with us and stayed on the job until we were happy. Very nice lady and would love to do business with her again. Small problem with VRBO. Called them before I left home because I had not received the lock code. Spent at least an hour trying to figure out what happened. Their app. didn't help us old timers with a desktop computer. Had someone else download the app but the message did not have the code either. Later found out they did not send that info until the current tenant was out of the building. They could have told me that hours earlier and saved my time and worry Still a great week-end and I will probably use VRBO again.

Great place!
This is such a wonderfully decorated place. Thought of everything! Spacious! Close to a nice walking pond with gated dog park. It is close to a road, but never once noticed it! Page is very quick with responses! Thank you! Already booked it again for next spring!
