「The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. 」

「Beautiful and historic antebellum mansion. We had a spacious and comfortable room with access to kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking out over the water. It’s in the center of the historic town with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We hope to return!」

「The condo itself was clean, but very dated. The building that hosts the condo is very old and unkept. The add says the condo is on the beach. Realistically it is 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk. When we first arrived the A/C wasn’t working. We called the host. He responded quickly and resolved the issue. This is a positive. Overall, a very disappointing stay.」

「parking was okay, bar open Friday check in only, No food service, Check in delayed a hour waiting on cleaning. Management seemed unorganized - very little customer focused. 」

「The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy.」

「The package is supposed to include breakfast, but when you go to eat, you have to pay. Therefore, they shouldn't claim that breakfast is included. Aside from that, everything else is perfect.」

「Breakfast was good quality, the a/c was good but “loud” and being right next the bed, it didn’t seem to shut down off all night, despite changing the temperature. Not an issue for this visit but the pool was closed on the previous visit, a year ago and observed that it was still or closed again this visit. Staff were Awesome in accommodating our visit of several friends who came together for our friend who passed away in Beaufort. 」
