“We were surprised to find the sheets weren’t changed since the last guests (body hair on both sides of the bed) and the toilet, shower and glasses were not cleaned well either. Because we were passing through on a two-day trip, and got to the stay about midnight, we stayed anyway, but it was disappointing and uncomfortable. ”

“Morgan made our Christmas trip so enjoyable. We were SO glad we did this amazing mod/retro/boutique vibes as opposed to a cookie cutter hotel. The furniture is cozy, the bed is awesome! The bathroom has heated floors! It’s a short walk to Central bbq, friendly coffee shop Otherlands - you’re a hop, skip and jump to Overton Park and the zoo! Keyless entry everywhere makes it SO convenient! We felt really safe and parking is close to the building. The TVs are super large so it was fun……

“This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. I didn’t feel threatened or anything like that. The parking lot is gated. ”

“The place was large and clean. We really enjoyed the location for our one night stay with plenty of restaurants within a short walk. The large city park was also a very short walk and was a great place to walk our dog in the morning. The only issue we had was that the listing said the beds were queens but they were definitely smaller than a queen probably a full. It was tighter sleeping with us and our dog than when sleeping at home in our queen. Rules and information were welled spelled out and……
