Home was easy to access, safe, and clean. Kitchen had basics to cook simple meals. The bed was VERY comfortable.

Communication was terrible. First I was threatend they will cancel my stay although I was already on my way. Then they did not give me the codes to enter the rental. I had to make phone calls and waited for an hour to get in. Walking distance to midtown - well that would be a fitness program during the day. At night - there are no street lights for the first mile. Okay there are two dim lights to be accurate.

Check-In

Was terrible. The management contacted us with the code, that did not work. We were coming from our wedding and this was the beginning of our honeymoon and we were locked out for almost an hour before we head from management. It was after midnight when my husband and I got into the house. VRBO as a whole did a great job, and in 15 minutes had a hotel room compensated for us just a couple of miles away and the management happened to get in touch with us. Would not recommend this. Was very disappointed and a terrible start to the honeymoon.
