“BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL!
This hotel will inspect your chest and charge you for a spot you didn’t even use or make a mess of. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. They even control the air conditioning and how cold your room can be.
Honestly, any cheap motel would be a better choice than this place. Save your money and avoid the frustration.
I strongly recommend that you do not book or rent a room here.”

“Staff really rude . One bed was missing a leg l got stuck in the bathroom. A lot of noise the rooms assigned to Expedia are in the worst area. They charged me xtra . They have a swimming pool almost inside of the rooms. They accepted people from outside to use the swimming pool with a fee. You are in risk with people from outside the hotel. I don’t recommended this hotel . 😔😔”

“The included breakfast was well prepared every morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the front desk, even during late night hours such as 1:30 am. Just be mindful that at those hours, you must ring the doorbell. Room and bathroom was clean. Would definitely recommend, even for solo travelers.”

“We really enjoyed our time at Entre Cerros. There were 7 of us in one cabin but with 2 bedrooms and a loft, there was plenty of room. The small kitchen was helpful. There was a coffeemaker and good coffee, although we really needed a larger water filter. Cookies were on the table when we arrived and firewood was placed beside the outdoor fire pit for our use. The restaurant was better than expected, both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job serving us and making it special.……

“This place was amazing. They treated us like family and were attentive. Anything we needed, especially the older gentlemen that work there, I think he worked there in the evenings. I forgot his name, but I just wanted saw him. We appreciate all the help you gave us. I was there for my father being very sick, then within the days I was there, I lost my father.
