"Our stay at Galle Face was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The restaurant staff were always polite, attentive, and eager to ensure our needs were met. A special thanks to Devi for her kindness and exceptional service.We would also like to thank Guest Relations Executive Ivoni, who kindly arranged an early check-in for us after a long flight. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and excellent service.
