Outside, a spacious covered patio overlooks forest, meadows, and the village of Divide. The restored pioneer wagon is perfect for photos against the dramatic backdrop of Pikes Peak. Wildlife is abundant, including deer, rabbits, owls, and occasional elk, creating a truly immersive natural experience.
Unwind in your cedar barrel sauna, soak in the Arctic Spa hot tub — completely replaced with fresh water for every guest — or gather around the fire pit for a peaceful evening under the stars. Play a friendly game of horseshoes or simply relax in the Adirondack rockers while sipping coffee, tea, or wine. Every moment here encourages you to slow down and savor the mountain setting. If you are planning on riding ATVs in the nearby National Forest, there is ample space and secure parking for your ATV trailer.

What a beautiful little gem this place is. The hosts are very nice and attentive to your needs. The cabin has everything you could possible need. My favorite was the hot tub and dry sauna. We loved it! The view of pikes Peak was amazing, the property was very clean, and the surrounding areas were pleasant. We saw four deer outside the patio, rabbits, and the famous chickens😃. We met Mark, one of the owners, he was very pleasant, and we enjoyed our conversation. I highly recommend The Cabin!
My friend and I stayed in The Cabin for 10 days. We used both the bed and the futon in The Cabin. Both were very comfortable and, even with the futon out, we had plenty of room to move around. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING! We are both tea drinkers and they had a fabulous selection! Exceptionally clean outside and inside too! The property itself is AMAZING! Well kept, exceptional view of Pike's Peak, and full of animal life! It was enjoyable to get up every day and opening all the curtains to look outside at the mountains and nature in their yard. Conveniently located to Colorado Springs, Cripple Creek, Florrisant, Manitou Springs, Pike's Peak, and more, it was, literally, the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much for having such an amazing VRBO rental. I would recommend it to all!
We had a wonderful week staying at "the cabin". Mark and Renee are perfect hosts; respected our privacy but checked in through VRBO message to see if we needed anything. When we asked for more coffee pods, they were on our doorstep within an hour! the cabin was perfect for 2 adults and had everything we needed to make us comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and we will be booking with them again.
This cabin was perfect for a Christmas visit to Colorado with my husband and young baby. The cabin was cosy and festive and had everything we needed. Thanks Mark and Renee!
We loved our stay here. We’ll equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals to enjoy while taking in the fabulous view. Local grocery store has good variety of the essentials. I love that the cabin has rocks on the roof like a alpine home. Sitting on the front porch at night overlooking the mountains and valley was very reminiscent of sitting out on the porch when we were in Lauterbrunnen. So peaceful. It was 96 degrees in Denver and Colorado Springs during our stay but much cooler here. AC not needed. Perfect for a couple. Would recommend to family and friends.
