In the Spa building itself, there is a workout room for guests, a restaurant, coffee house, wine store, toy store, and art gallery. There is a covered , secure parking garage for one car per loft. Next to the Spa building, is one of the last remaining penny arcades in the country which offers much entertainment for kids and adults alike. Downtown Manitou has a variety of interesting shops, eating, and drinking establishments. The Manitou Incline is blocks away as are various trailheads for hikes of all distances (including to the top of Pikes Peak) through the foothills. A biking path just outside the Spa building leads to the Garden of the Gods and downtown Colorado Springs with its vast trail network.
Manitou Springs is close to the Garden of the Gods, the Pikes Peak toll road, the Cave of the Winds and the Air Force Academy and the Broadmoor Hotel (with a world class zoo) are 20-30 minutes away.
