Come relax with the whole family at this centrally located home. Guests love the stocked kitchen, fully fenced backyard, garage parking, fast wifi, cableTV, in-home laundry, and of course the location! Garden of the Gods, downtown, Old Colorado City, Air Force Academy, UCCS, and Manitou are all within a 15 minute drive. Families enjoy the quiet residential neighborhood, the 5 minute walk to the playground at Pinon Valley Park, and the nearby hiking trails at Ute Valley Park.

Fabulous property!

Absolutely loved this rental. Traveled with my sister and mother with her small dog. House is well equipped including a small crate for dogs. Neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Park for walkers right down the street. Close to restaurants (Oliver’s Deli is wonderful) and grocery. Nice sitting area in backyard along with gas grill. We hung out in the cozy family room every night. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood and great place

Wonderful area, quiet, clean, safe. Would definitely stay here again. The only improvement I would ask for is a full size coffee pot. The 5 cup pot was a little small for multiple adults to have coffee in the morning.
