A House Large Enough for the Whole Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 7 adults and 7 children stay. It was large enough to accommodate all of us but also allow us to find quiet spaces if needed. Kitchen and dining table was great for eating at home.

Kids loved it.Only small feedback: garage had a very funky smell so we moved mat in small mudroom to cover the bottom of door to prevent smell from coming in house. Suspect it was from the garbage bags that were there.

Our group of 10 fit perfectly with room to spare — not once did we feel crowded. The house was meticulously clean from top to bottom, and every detail in the decor felt so thoughtfully chosen. The murals were absolutely phenomenal and truly captured the spirit of Colorado — it felt like stepping into a piece of art. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it so easy for us to cook meals together, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after a day of exploring. The location was peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts thought of every little detail to make us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this home enough — five stars all the way!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was able to stay in this amazing home over a few days in April. The weather turned out to be perfect and so did the stay. We were so close to the mountains a few of us did daily hikes. I myself enjoyed the propety and all the things it had for us. I would give the cleanliness more than 5 stars if I could and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked nearly every meal there and had everything we need. Beds were awesome, I only wish I had checked the brands before we checked out. Soooo much more I could say about this placeThe Host was super responsive, and though we didnt need anything during our stay they were more than helpful as the days/weeks led up to our trip when we had some questions. Not only would I stay there again, I hope to make this a yearly trip.

Fantastic rental home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Coyote Mint property for 6 weeks while our Castle Rock home was under construction. We absolutely loved our stay. The home was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 5-15). The basement has an excellent layout and the game table and arcade games were a huge bonus for our family. The house was extremely clean and all the furniture appeared brand new. The beds were so comfy and the linens were immaculate and well stocked. the home and everything inside seemed brand new. The house was tastefully decorated and it was obvious the owners put a lot of thought into the furniture and amenities. VRC and the owners were terrific and very communicative with any issues. We had a few Amazon deliveries that were delivered to the mailbox instead of the front door and the owners quickly retrieved the packages and delivered them to us right away. The location is great. The neighborhood is new with a lot of families throughout. There is a Natural Grocers 5 minutes from the home and a huge shopping center with a Walmart, King Soupers, Home Depot and some restaurants within 10 minutes of the home. Due to the quick freeway access, we were able to get to the Springs or to the Denver area quickly and easily. The home is huge and had plenty of room for our family and we never felt cramped. The entire home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. This was a home away from home and we greatly enjoyed our visit.We highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area.
