Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Beautiful home in wonderful location
This home is beautifully renovated with a wonderful set up, very clean, mountain views, and in a fantastic location. Short walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Very short drive to the manitou incline and cog railway. The only reason for a less than perfect rating is that it lists a hot tub as an amenity but there is not actually one available. The reason for our trip was to hike the manitou incline, and we specifically tried to pick a place to stay with a hot tub to recover in afterward. Despite that disappointment, it was a wonderful stay that we would highly recommend.

Clean, charming home in a great area
It was exactly as described! Clean 3 bedroom home that had more than enough room for 3 adults. Walking distance to charming shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated, new appliances and furnishings. Host was easy to contact. We will stay here again the next time we’re in CO Springs!

Great Location and Good Space
We enjoyed our stay and everyone in the family had plenty of space. The views from the front porch are amazing. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the check process was very easy. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect Weekend
We stayed for 3 days while wedding planning. It was in a perfect location for us. We were able to walk to downtown Old Colorado City and that was nice. It was exactly how it is pictured on the website. I would stay again.

Great Location!
We loved our time here! The house had everything we needed and more! Our younger daughters appreciated the bunk bed, pack and play and the fun chalk to play with. We enjoyed the lower level TV and fireplace area - it was quite cozy during the snow. The location was close to everything Garden of the Gods, Penny Arcades, The Broadmoor, etc and it was walking distance to some great restaurants. The owners were very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a getaway
This place is perfect for a visit to Colorado Springs. Great location, it within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also, centrally located to several area attractions such as Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. I would highly recommend.
