the staff and room was excellent, however the day we arrived i received a text saying the air conditioner wasn’t working but that they were in the process of fixing it. when we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told it still wasn’t working and were offered a refund, however because of timing and the inability to look for a new place, we refused and decided to take the risk. we stayed for 3 days and it was never fixed, so i assume the text was a lie and after looking through reviews it seems to be a common issue. we ended up buying a fan because we had a dog with us and not having a/c became an issue for him. the rooms were very cute and the amenities were great, but there were a lot of suspicious people hanging out in the parking lot and as a woman i never really felt safe outside my room. the traffic was also terrible when trying to leave the hotel, but i can’t really blame them for that. overall, i think i’d consider staying here again if the a/c was working, but i would also hope they try to crack down on the people hanging out in the parking lot.

The place is interesting. Great common space with a neat hangout open area plus pool table and lots of activities to enjoy in games room. Staff was awesome. They were actively painting and staff communicated with each other very well. Pool was not open yet for the season so I’d like to try that next time. The bathtub leaked and definitely needs replacing. No actual breakfast but coffee early to late was a nice surprise. Bar was a nice end of day treat although it closes at 9:00 pm it was such a nice retreat from room and many nice people gathering felt like you didn’t have to leave the property which is a huge plus when trying to relax.

The facts I wish I knew before heading to this “hotel”: AC was not working, I was given a room with a window which wouldn’t be so bad because CO is usually cool at night, but opening the window made it impossible to sleep due to the noise coming from I-25. They had a bunch of kids staying at the hotel, which is totally fine, but should have notified adults on work trips not to stay there because the door slamming, hallway running, screaming, etc. made it impossible to get any rest. Elevator does not work, I had to carry my bag upstairs after having abdominal surgery recently. When I asked to investigate the excessive noise I was told it’s impossible unless I know the room it’s coming from. It’s not my job to go around your “hotel” and see where all those Children are staying. The guy at the front desk RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Refused to offer any solution for this uncomfortable situation. I was forced to get up from my bed, pack all my stuff and leave and look for another hotel. Never coming back to this place.

I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel in my life. It was so filthy that my husband and I had to leave mid trip and find a new hotel. My feet were BLACK from the floor. The amount of dust was terrible it was as if they had never been cleaned. The room/hotel is a DIY disaster. The shower leaked all over the floor, there was no shelves in the shower and there were no hooks for the towels. I was going to hang my towel on the door until my husband wiped the door frame and it also came back BLACK from the dirt on the top of it. Don’t be fooled by the lobby, this places in a run down motel dump. The fact that it has 4 stars is truly beyond me.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a Anime Con. The design of the room was nice very artsy. The room was cleaned and smelled cleaned, but it was a little dusty especially around the base boards. Has a mini fridge no microwave but the layout of the room didn’t really allow for one. Good for a quick 1-2 night stay. A solid middle ground between hotel and motel. I would advise a better window dressing. It’s hard to let natural light in without exposing the whole room. Overall I would say it was 6.5/10 experience.

Nicely renovated Colorado Springs motel with some very unique features. Room had very comfortable beds and linens, updated design, and some fun decor touches. Nice view of the mountain range. Common areas were fantastic - large lobby and lounge with many sofa and armchair seating areas with TV viewing. Pool table, bar, provisions store, continental breakfast, and fantastic coffee. Large lower level gym, yoga studio and giant pool (not open yet for season). Staff was super friendly. Based on the listing and reviews we werent sure how this would go - we loved it. Would definitely stay again.

This property was not as advertised. There was nothing nearby except for parking lots and a trailer park. Our room was over 77° and we were not able to adjust the temperature. We went to the front desk and we were told that the air was not working in the building. After talking for a while, they did agree to move us to a room where there was a window we could open to help cool the room. The hotel elevator did not work. We were told that that was a new issue, but there was dust on the sign to the door of the elevator. The gym in the basement of the hotel was not open as well as the pool, which looks like it hasn’t been used for many years. The hallways were not always clean with linens and garbage and the hallways. The breakfast was OK nothing exciting. I would not recommend staying there.

The hotel is poorly advertised from it true condition and offerings. From the pictures and description the hotel was a top of the line hotel. Once we entered our hotel room which in a poorly conditioned building we noticed the cheap furniture, poorly painted rooms with ceiling tiles and dust coming down from the ceiling. The rooms have only two small lights and the rooms didn’t have A/C, the doors didn’t lock and the outside of the building is in shambles. The company needs to spend less money of the clubhouse and more money on its rooms if people are spending hard earned money to relax or travel

More woke than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Didnt feel safe; wasnt clean; building was in disrepair. They should invest in thier property rather than planting trees and virtue signaling. LAME.

This hotel is the WORST. Horrible area, staff is rude and unfriendly, if you are going to spend $200 for a room it should be better. Stay elsewhere, it’s not worth it.

All the staff were really nice and helpful. Room was charming. Loved the board games in the beautiful lobby- so much warmth and charm! Commissary was ultra convenient, too!
