This is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath residence. This unit is comprised of the first and second floor, guests will use the front door as an entrance, and will have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Each unit has its own kitchen and entrance, the only thing you share with possible guests using the basement apartment is the backyard.
Unit B is the basement level apartment, each guest unit is completely separate and has its own entrance, the only thing shared by both units is the back yard.

This is a very safe and quiet residential neighborhood centrally located and close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Powers Corridor is only five minutes away and offers multiple restaurants, shopping and a movie theater, all within 5 to 15 minutes of the property. Air Force Academy is 25 minutes away.
There is a door at the top of the basement steps. The door has a deadbolt and only the owner has the key, it is always locked. Neither unit has access to the other.
For your safety and comfort, we disinfect all high touch surfaces, and all linens are washed after every guest.
We offer contactless check in, keys are provided via a lockbox.
