「Nice place. Renovated rooms but a few misses in my book- in the main bathroom the toilet was way too close to the glass shower door. There was no hand soap on the whole apartment. There was extreme damage to the sofa, discovered when using the sofa sleeper. Oh and the biggest issue was no night stand lamps in either room, so the only lighting option was the overhead light. The barn door to the primary suite bathroom did not close all the was a big gap that could show right into the shower....

「The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing. It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house. It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all. We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store.」

「Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room.」
