「Not a bad place to stay but definitely not as nice as the photos. The basics were very clean in our room, but there was a lot of dirt or food debris on the wall in a few spots, the bathroom and the window shades. It would have been a great spot to bring dogs and the front desk folks were so nice. Overall not a bad experience, just a little worse for wear of what I expected based on photos.」

「They don’t have anyone on site in case of emergency, like the electronic key fails. And if you left the check in paper in your condo you have no way of contacting them for help. They need a better system!」

「Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room.」

「The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing. It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house. It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all. We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store.」
