“We were under the impression that breakfast was to be served - when we asked about the details the hostess looked at us with surpise - Breakfast ? The "Ranch" is placed quite a bit out of town - Mancos is a sweet town, we wanted to be within walking distance to the restaurant, cidery, brewery, galleries, taco trucks and coffee spots. Ended up staying at the Mesa Verde Motel - great spot, super owners, great story, right in the middle of it all. The MVM is currently developing a small cafe……

“Place is perfect! Clean, newly renovated with awesome accommodations. It was just right for my family of 4 to stay in and the host even had amenities for kids. The walk to the slopes is no more than 5 minutes and the parking alone saves you 65 a day off the steamboat resort lots.Host communications were detailed and spot on on where to go, park and location. Unlike many rentals that are empty when you get there it had toiletries (with spares), plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked with……

“The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir ”
