「We enjoyed our stay. Very family friendly and lots of seating for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were both nice temps. 」

「Room very clean, very roomy, good heating, smart TV, large screen, real coffee pot, heated garage, ski in/out, Only thing holding back a 5 rating was ice maker in refer either not working or disconnected and no ice in common area. Had to buy a bag of ice. And not enough lighting in bedroom. 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.」

「The staff was great. The lobby is really cute. The room was comfortable. The shower had great pressure. They have DirectTV with HBO. The breakfast was excellent and they use real eggs. Overall I loved it and will be staying here when I come back to town. 」
